Engagement Models

Our services are offered through the following engagement models:

Advisory model: Advisory to the Client management and in-house staff in the setup of the IT organization and processes. This model is a classical consulting services job whereby the internal staff is assisted in setting up IT processes and a supporting IT organization that can deliver industry standard quality and cost effective IT processes.

Outsourcing model: Provision of complete IT management services governed by the Client’s business objectives.

Supervisory model: Provision of IT advisory services to the Client’s top management and assistance to the in-house IT staff on the management of IT projects and IT operations.
